This week’s episode is a little different. After the school shooting in Örebro in February 2025, I found myself thinking about how the conversation around crime and safety in Sweden has changed during my lifetime.

In this episode, I share my own thoughts and reflections on some of the issues that were being discussed in Sweden at the time, including gang crime, the drug trade, young people being recruited into criminal networks, immigration, integration and segregation.
