Both ska and kommer att are used to talk about the future. So if you use one when the other one would be more natural, people will still understand you.
But! Using them incorrectly will throw off the vibe and meaning of what you’re saying. It might sound like you’re doing something intentionally, on purpose, when you’re actually just observing what is going on.
